A. Rights of Members
Every member shall have the right to:
- Be treated with dignity, equality, fairness, and respect without discrimination.
- Participate in the Organization’s lawful meetings, programs, consultations, and activities.
- Vote and contest for elective positions, subject to the Constitution and relevant policies.
- Express opinions freely and constructively while respecting the rights and dignity of others.
- Access information relating to the Organization’s Constitution, policies, decisions, and activities, subject to confidentiality requirements.
- Receive equal opportunities for training, capacity-building, leadership development, and professional growth.
- Submit proposals, recommendations, complaints, or appeals through established procedures.

- Be protected from harassment, intimidation, retaliation, or discrimination within the Organization.
- Receive fair, impartial, and transparent treatment in any disciplinary process.
- Resign from membership voluntarily in accordance with the Organization’s procedures.
B. Responsibilities of Members
Every member shall:
- Respect and uphold the Constitution, policies, Code of Ethics, and lawful decisions of the Organization.
- Promote and protect human rights, peace, justice, equality, and non-discrimination.
- Act honestly, responsibly, transparently, and with integrity in all official activities.
- Respect the dignity, privacy, and rights of every individual.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational information.
- Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflict promptly.
- Refrain from corruption, fraud, bribery, abuse of authority, or misuse of organizational resources.
- Promote unity, mutual respect, teamwork, and cooperation.
- Comply with all applicable national laws and international legal standards.
- Protect and enhance the reputation, independence, and credibility of the Organization.
C. Code of Ethics
Every member shall:
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, impartiality, professionalism, and accountability.
- Respect diversity regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, disability, age, language, or political opinion.
- Reject all forms of violence, hatred, discrimination, harassment, exploitation, and abuse.
- Avoid any conduct that may damage the Organization’s reputation or public confidence.

- Use organizational assets and resources only for authorized purposes.

D. Suspension and Termination of Membership
Membership may be suspended or terminated only through a fair, transparent, and impartial process if a member:
- Commits serious or repeated violations of the Constitution, policies, or Code of Ethics.
- Is found responsible for serious human rights violations or other grave misconduct, based on credible evidence and due process.
- Engages in corruption, fraud, bribery, embezzlement, or financial misconduct.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, or unlawful discrimination.
- Misuses the Organization’s name, identity, logo, authority, or resources.
- Provides false information or fraudulent documents.
- Unlawfully discloses confidential information.
- Acts in a manner that seriously damages the reputation, independence, or mission of the Organization.
- Refuses to cooperate with lawful investigations or disciplinary proceedings.
- Is convicted by a competent court of a serious criminal offence, subject to applicable law and due process.
